The DISC Assessment is a self-scoring communication, learning, and self-awareness tool. It is not a test - you will neither pass or fail.

You will get a detailed 7 page break-down of your personality type that includes summaries of your natural strengths, weaknesses. and suggestions for greater effectiveness.
